At Paris Jewelers, we make sure to please our customers with every order they make. We only sell first quality, new, brand name merchandise directly from the manufacturer. Under NO circumstances does Paris Jewelers sell used or second-hand products. If an item needs to be returned, the customers are issued store credit or refund on their credit card.
Exceptions to this policy: items purchased on a gift registry, bridal registry, or items returned by a gift recipient can be exchanged or returned for a store credit only. Items that are purchased with a store credit are final sale (cannot be returned). Final sales apply to all holiday items, special order items, special orders, import items, discontinued items, sale and clearance items, items that are engraved or personalized, etc… So, please take your time and special care before giving instructions for customizing or personalizing your gifts.
Deposits collected for special orders are non refundable and will not apply as a store credit. Any returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee depending on make, model and manufacturer. Damaged or defective items are not subject to a restocking fee and will be replaced only. Merchandise must be reported for return within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. Please call us on 877.447.2747 or email at email@example.com to obtain your “Return Authorization Number.” Paris Jewelers will reply with a form that will need to be filled prior to the release of a “Return Authorization Number”. The form can also be found on our website below. Only merchandise accepted for return or exchange will be provided a “Return Authorization Number”. This number must be written clearly on the outer shipping box or the returned package will be refused. Under no circumstances will used, damaged, or vandalized merchandise be accepted for return or exchange at Paris Jewelers. If the returned merchandise is received in any condition other than the exact same condition the merchandise was shipped to you, your return will be denied. This also applies to the gift box that the merchandise comes with. For example, if you have purchased a Michael Aram bowl that comes in a Michael Aram Box, this box must also be in the same condition as it was when the merchandise was shipped to you and must be included in your return.
Following the receipt and inspection of returned merchandise to our warehouse, credit will be applied to your credit card or a store credit will be issued. You will receive your store credit as a coupon code that you can apply to your next order. This coupon code will be emailed to you and we will keep a record of this coupon code for one year. If you misplace your coupon code after one year, Paris Jewelers will not have a record of the code. Under no circumstances will the original cost of shipping be refunded or used as a store credit. Any shipping charges absorbed by Paris Jewelers are non refundable. Any promotional or free items must be returned with the purchase. Paris Jewelers will not pay for the shipping or insurance of any items that are approved for return or exchange.
Defective Goods or Items Damaged During Transit:
All defective merchandise and merchandise that was damaged during transit must be reported to us within 10 business days of receipt of merchandise by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Paris Jewelers will report and submit the damaged/defective claim to the appropriate shipping carrier. Please be sure to keep all packaged materials including all damaged or broken goods and inner and outer package materials and all pieces of the merchandise(s) itself. The outer shipping corrugated box must also be kept. Nothing can be discarded until further notice from Paris Jewelers. These items must be available for any inspection made by the shipping carriers. If these items are discarded prior to the approval, the damaged or broken claim can be denied. If a claim is denied due to the discarding of any package goods, broken merchandise, etc., Paris Jewelers reserves the right to deny your claim and your merchandise might not be replaced. All shipping carriers have strict timelines for submission and rules and regulations. Following our instructions will help ensure the approval and quick and easy replacement of your damaged goods.
